IIDA is the commercial interior design association with a global network of 15,000+ members across 58 countries. Our Mid Atlantic chapter of IIDA serves the design community in the District of Columbia, the state of Maryland and the counties and independent cities within Northern Virginia. We celebrate the positive impact of interior design on human health and wellbeing by encouraging community over competition, collaboration and knowledge sharing. We advocate for the legal recognition of the interior design profession and are dedicated to creating an equitable, diverse and inclusive industry.
