Bialek Environments is currently seeking a full-time Health Account Manager. Under the direction of the sales director, this teammate will be responsible to drive and achieve sales and gross margin targets and establish and maintain product and project relationships with designated large clients, with the purpose of generating strategic growth for the company.     • Engage Bialek’s design solutions and installation expert teams to create cost-effective designs for our clients
    • Understand the relationships between quoted projects, gross margins and net company profits
    • Drive implementation of identified new products, programs, projects and promotions to ensure downstream adaptations
    • Accept formal coaching and mentoring from both interior and exterior resources.
    • Adapt to sales processes and programs developed and implemented, that will become standard for key clients
    • Join regional industry groups and attend regional industry events and networking

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years sales or contract furniture experience, within healthcare preferred
    • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
    • Ability to deal with highly complex sales issues
    • Knowledge of the Architecture and Construction process preferred
    • Ability to deliver presentations
    • Proven ability to plan and manage resources within a given team
    • Able to read and understand floor plans and other related technical drawings
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong listening skills both in person and via telephone
    • Possesses good understanding and application of business math
    • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRMs
    • Must be persistent, responsive, flexible, intelligent, competitive, proactive, confident and detail oriented
    • Experience in design, selling contract furniture and/or related services a plus
