CALL FOR nominations

Identifying future leaders for the IIDA Mid-Atlantic Chapter is a crucial responsibility that necessitates a thorough and conscientious approach. In the interest of transparency, it's imperative that we consistently communicate the process involved. The leadership of the IIDA Mid-Atlantic Chapter has established a policy delineating responsibilities of the Nominating Committee.

our PROCESS

Nominations are currently open! You have the opportunity to nominate either someone else for a position or self-nominate. Also, all current board members eligible and interested in a second term must adhere to this process by placing an official nomination for consideration.

Nominations for the IIDA Mid-Atlantic Chapter will close at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2024. At that time, the online form will be closed, and all submissions will be forwarded to the Nominating Committee as per our policy. Once the Committee has thoroughly deliberated and reviewed each candidate, a draft slate will be formulated and presented to the IIDA Mid-Atlantic Chapter Board of Directors. Only upon approval by the Board will the slate be shared with Associate and Professional IIDA members for voting. Our aim is to commence voting on or around April 29.

Check back soon for more info on voting.
