PLAID PROGRAM

PLAID 2023-2024 SESSION IS CURRENTLY ON-GOING

PLAID, which stands for Propelling Leadership + Advocacy in Interior Design, is IIDA MAC’s Emerging Designer Leadership Program. Targeted to early career professionals with an interest and talent for leadership in the interior design community, the program’s curriculum aims to provide participants with a holistic view of interior design and its interconnected parts that may not be as evident in their current day to day design roles. The program offers participants the opportunity to explore different components of our industry, engage in dialogue with experienced leaders and experts, expand their professional and personal brands and grow a network of peers within the Mid Atlantic region.
