Propelling Leadership + Advocacy within Interior Design
IIDA Mid-Atlantic Chapter’s core values are to advocate, educate, and engage. Guided by these principles, IIDA MAC established the Propelling Leadership and Advocacy within Interior Design [PLAID] Emerging Leadership Program to cultivate the next generation of leaders within the interior design profession.
Designed for early-career professionals with a passion for leadership, the program offers participants the opportunity to explore the many facets of the interior design industry, gain insight from experienced leaders and experts, and engage in meaningful discussions about the future of the profession. Through these experiences, participants will deepen their industry knowledge, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and develop a network of peers and mentors across the Mid-Atlantic region.
